This guy's name is Hyun Joon, he's one of the best poppers in the world, definitely the best in Korea, I happen to like him a lot so you'll probably see a lot of him on here. He does a lot of locking and freezes along with his popping so be sure to look for that. He also is known to have one of the best glides around though I don't think that's in this video.
