Sponge Bob Dance
How To Do It
While the sponge bob dance looks easy for a lot of people it can seem confusing to learn. So just keep practing slow and you'll probably get it. Ok so start with your feet in the beginning position, shoulder width apart. Now jump and land with your right foot in front of your left. This whole move your on the balls of your feet. Jump again to the left so that you land just on the ball of your left foot with you right leg extended out to the right about a foot off the ground.

All of your weight should be on your left foot. Now you want to jump again off your left foot and land on your left foot a little bit further to the right. So you're basically hopping on your left foot to the right. When you hop and land bend your right leg at the knee and put your right foot behind your left leg.

Now hop again but this time land on your right foot with your left leg extended to the left about a foot off the ground. Then hop again on your right foot bringing it to the left and bending your left leg at the knee bringing your left foot behind your right leg. Then repeat. Hop to the left landing on your left foot with your right leg extended.

Then hop back to the center on your left foot while bending the right leg. Be sure to watch the video to better understand whats going on.

General: The Sponge Bob dance is a pretty simple thing ususally done to just one song called Tote It by K-Swift.

Supposedly it originated in Houston, Texas.
